PA Resident Players wishing to play for WVUSC must first ( and also) visit the documents page to obtain the PA West Application and the PA West Player Status Form.  These documents along with the player birth certificate and a $15 fee payment (made out to PA West) must be provided to the clubs registrar for action.

MD Resident Players will be advised shortly of their process to register with MD and transfer to WVUSC.
