WVUSC Registration Now Online
Parents Can Now Register WVUSC Players for the 2010-2011 Season
The WV United registration application is now online. Parents or Guardians may now register their United player. The application must be completed in full, proceeding through the payment section. Payment must be provided to your Team’s Manager. Fees displayed in the payment section are identified in the WVUSC Fee & Salary Policy . Pending your team’s level of activity, there may be additional fees assessed by the manager to cover playing season costs.
Parents must provide to the managers a completed medical release form and a copy of an acceptable proof of birth. Once the registration application is completed, please provide one copy of the certificate to your teams manager.
Please use the link below to begin your registration. Player name and birth date must be exactly as it appears on the proof of birth. If the player is returning from last year, most of the information is populated with last years info. Please only change what is necessary such as an address if you moved or your family insurance information if such has changed.

Families with multiple players in the club, when provided a section to either continue for payment or register another player, please select register another player. This will reduce your time in the system. If you select continue for payment, this is ok too. However, each additional player will have to start registration by selecting the link above.
Players coming from Maryland, Pennsylvania, or other states must first register with their state association and transfer their player status to West Virginia United. Please contact Rob Wolfe, Registrar, or Pete Klemkowsky, WVUSC Assistant Registrar, as soon as possible. Please view the Registration FAQs for help with out of state registration.
Players born out side of United States may be required to seek a waiver. Please contact Pete Klemkowsky to be advised of the process. This must be completed prior to registration.
